Test drove an XC90 last night and the whole time, I had that song from the Simpsons in my head.

Funny part about this was after watching the video, I learned that Volvo had an ad with hooning 760s back in the 80s with the theme from Rawhide. I think I found where the Simpsons writers got their inspiration!

I've always referred to SUV drivers in traffic as "idiot(s) in Canyonero(s)," and rarely had anyone ask what I meant. :)

I toyed with the idea of the license plate CNYNERO if I ended up getting said XC90. We shall see if this negotiation goes better than the one at the Chevy dealer last week .

My wife test drove the first gen and said it drove like a train. Said it just felt like everything felt delayed like waiting for the rear to catch up.
